1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every service I provide and every booking you make with Ina Gkitsa, and Synergy Healing ("I", "me", "my"), a sole practitioner based in Hungary. By booking, paying for, or taking part in any of my services, or by using synergyhealing.info (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms, my Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy, and my Privacy Policy. "You" means the person booking or taking part. If you don't agree, please don't book.
2. My Services
I offer complementary energy work, in person in Budapest, Hungary, or online:
Tellus Method Clearing: a one-to-one clearing through channeling earth's nature, using my own method
Governing Meridian Clearing: a focused session for emotional release
Lower Astral Plane Clearings: a separate session, carried out with your permission
Group Circle: a guided group session, with light language, covering the clearing of lost souls, multi dimensional energetic protection, personal energy callback, aura healing and more
Pet Communication and Emotional Release: a session for your animal
Conversation with Ina: a one-hour one-to-one conversation to ask questions and learn about energy and spirituality
Free Discovery Call: a free call to talk things through before you book
Full descriptions, lengths and prices are on the booking page. Prices are in euros, and a price I've confirmed for your booking won't change.
3. Complementary Work, Not Medical Care
My services are complementary. I'm not a doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist or other licensed healthcare professional, and I don't diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition. My services do not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care, and I will always encourage you to continue seeing your doctor or therapist for any health concern.
Never stop, change or delay medication or treatment because of anything to do with my services. If you're unsure whether energy work is right for you at this time, please speak to your doctor or therapist first.
Experiences are personal and vary. I can't guarantee any result or timeframe, and any testimonials I share are individual experiences. The Conversation with Ina and the Free Discovery Call are conversations only, and they aren't therapy or medical, legal or financial advice.
4. Who Can Book
You must be 16 or older. I don't offer services to anyone under 16.
If you're 16 or 17, a parent or legal guardian must give written consent before you book, using my Parent or Guardian Consent form provided to you. For Group Circles and Lower Astral Plane Clearings, a parent or guardian must also be present for the whole session, in the room or on the call. These sessions won't begin without them, and if they leave or can't join, the session pauses or is rescheduled at no charge.
You must be able to understand and give your own informed consent. I may decline or pause a booking if I believe it isn't suitable or safe for you at that time, and I'll explain why and suggest alternatives.
5. Booking, Payment and Cancellation
A booking is confirmed when I receive payment. A Tellus Method Journey discount of 20% applies when 3 or more Tellus Method Clearings are booked and paid for together. A Group Circle runs only when at least 4 people have booked. If it doesn't reach 4, you'll be offered a full refund or a place on the next date.
In summary, individual sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Within 48 hours, the session fee isn't refunded, but if it's a genuine emergency or illness, please tell me and I'll reschedule at no charge. A no-show is charged in full. Workshops are refundable in full with at least 14 days' notice, with a partial refund or transfer closer to the date. The full rules, including Journeys, circles and technical problems, are in my Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If I need to cancel or reschedule, I'll tell you as early as I can, and you can choose a new time or a full refund. Because results vary, I can't refund a session because of how the work felt or the results you notice. If something concerns you, please tell me, and I'll always try to put it right.
6. Your Responsibilities and Safety
Consent comes first. I never begin without your permission, and you can stop at any moment, without giving a reason.
Stay conscious. Please stay awake and conscious during clearings. If you fall asleep, the clearing pauses. Please don't drive or operate machinery during a session, and take care if you feel tired afterwards.
Come well. Please don't attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Be honest with me. Please give me accurate, relevant information, including anything about your health that affects whether the work is suitable for you (see my Informed Consent and Health Declaration).
Look after yourself. If you feel unwell, unsafe or in crisis at any time, please contact a doctor, a helpline or the emergency services (112 in Hungary and the EU). Please don't wait for a reply from me.
I may end a session, or ask someone to leave, if behaviour is abusive or unsafe, without a refund.
7. Online Sessions, Group Circles, Workshops and Pets
Online sessions. You'll need a quiet, private space, a stable internet connection. I'm not responsible for problems caused by your equipment or connection.
Group Circles and Workshops. These can feel strong. You may pause or step out at any time. Please respect other participants and keep what they share private. No recording, filming or photography of any kind is allowed without my written permission.
Pets. If you book a session for your animal, you confirm that you're their owner or have the owner's permission. This work doesn't replace veterinary care, so please see a vet if your animal is unwell.
8. Privacy, Testimonials and Recordings
I collect and use your information as described in my Privacy Policy, including health and wellbeing information, which I only use with your explicit consent, to look after you safely. I only share your messages, photos or videos publicly with your clear written permission, and I'll blur or remove identifying details unless you ask me to show them. You can withdraw your permission at any time.
9. My Materials and Intellectual Property
Tellus Method, my workbooks, charts, handouts, recordings and everything on the Site belong to me. They're for your personal use only. Please don't copy, share, sell, record, publish or teach them, or use them to teach others, without my written permission.
10. Limits of My Responsibility, Consumer Rights and Right of Withdrawal
I take care in everything I do. You're responsible for your own health and for the decisions you make about it. To the extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for any medical condition you have or develop, for any losses that aren't caused by my negligence or my breach of these Terms, or for any technical, connection or third-party platform problems. Nothing in these Terms limits my responsibility for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that can't be excluded by law.
Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU). If you book at a distance, for example online, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days. For services provided on a specific date or period, such as appointments, circles and workshops, this right may not apply once a date is agreed. If you ask me to begin before the 14 days end, you may need to pay for the part already provided.
11. Complaints, Governing Law, Changes and Contact
Complaints. If you're unhappy with anything, please tell me at synergy3healing@gmail.com and I'll reply within 5-7 working days and try to put it right.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Your mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live are not affected. If a part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes. I may update these Terms from time to time. The version on my website at the time you book applies to your booking, and I'll update the "Last updated" date when I make changes.
