My path to starting Synergy Healing wasn't a straight line. For a long time, I didn't think of myself as a healer. I just thought everyone could naturally feel the subtle shifts in energy around them.
It officially started when I was talking to a friend who was feeling off, and without thinking, I told her her energy was blocked. To me, it was as simple as noticing she looked tired. But her surprise made me realize that not everyone perceives the world this way, and that maybe it was a gift I was meant to share.
If I look back, the seeds were really planted during childhood summers with my grandfather. He was a quiet man with a deep, simple connection to nature. When I didn't feel well, we’d sit outside the balcony, under the stars, and he’d ask the moon to help me feel better. To my true surprise it always did. He didn't explain it, and he didn't make a big deal out of it. He just taught me then that we are connected to the world around us, and that sometimes healing means slowing down enough to listen.
It took me a while to actually accept this as part of who I am. Before launching Synergy Healing, and diving into it fully, I lived a few different lives.
I went to school for interior design first, then business, tried UX design, thinking I liked making rooms feel peaceful and balanced, making digital spaces intuitive. I managed a language school, I was a barista. I even started my own businesses in coding, robotics, and engineering.
On paper, it looks like a chaotic resume. But to me, it was always the exact same job: looking at a complex system, finding where the friction is, and designing a way for things to flow smoothly, for people to learn.
While those might seem completely unrelated to healing, they all taught me the same basic truth: whether you are looking at a physical room, a classroom, or a piece of technology, everything thrives when it is balanced and free of friction.
Eventually, I realized that my real calling wasn't working with spaces or code—it was supporting people.
That’s why I started Synergy Healing.
I don’t have a rigid, step-by-step program because people are complex, beautiful, and completely unique. Whether we’re working on chakra balancing, clearing old emotional weight, or just figuring out why you feel so stuck, my approach is pretty simple: I meet you exactly where you're at, figure out where the blockages stop the flow, help you clear it out and go back to your own natural rhythm.
